Recycled Plastic
About Our Recycled Plastics
Quality Material Coupled with Environmentally Friendly Components
Types of Materials
PP Material
PP stands for polypropylene, which is a thermoplastic polymer widely used in various industries. It is a versatile material known for its durability, chemical resistance, and high melting point.
HDPE Mixed Regrind Material
HDPE stands for high-density polyethylene, which is a type of thermoplastic polymer known for its high strength, chemical resistance, and impact resistance. HDPE mixed regrind refers to recycled HDPE material that is obtained by grinding and processing HDPE scrap or waste.
Bioplastics
Bioplastics are a type of plastic material that is derived from renewable sources, such as plants, rather than fossil fuels like traditional plastics. They are designed to be more environmentally friendly and have a reduced impact on climate change compared to conventional plastics. Bioplastics can be classified into two main categories:
Bio-based plastics: These are made from renewable resources such as corn starch, sugarcane, or cellulose derived from plants. These plastics have the advantage of reducing dependence on fossil fuels and reducing greenhouse gas emissions during production.
Biodegradable plastics: Biodegradable plastics are designed to break down naturally over time through biological processes. They can be made from both renewable and fossil fuel-based materials. Biodegradable plastics are often used in applications where their disposal in composting facilities or controlled environments allows them to break down and reduce waste accumulation.
We take pride in using quality materials, state-of-the-art equipment and exacting safety and quality control measures to ensure that each and every customer receives the highest quality product.
